That's the date something I've been building quietly for months finally goes live, nationwide.

It's not a course. It's not another PD workshop you'll forget by Friday. It's something different, built around one question that most schools never actually stop to answer:

I've spent years in classrooms, in coaching sessions, and in district rooms watching good teachers burn out doing work that doesn't move kids forward, not because they don't care, but because no one ever gave them a real system for planning with purpose.

On October 10, that changes.
